The National Real Property Association (NRPA) was established in 1992. NRPA is a non-governmental, independent branch organization, incorporating the real estate agents and individuals dealing with real estates in Bulgaria.

Our mission is to:

• Protect the private property rights;
• Help to create efficient and equitable real estate market;
• Develop the practical training and education of the real estate markets participants;
• Cooperate and establish standing relations and contacts with local and foreign real estate organizations;
• Participate actively in the establishment of normative, professional and ethical rules of the real estate profession;
• Protect and guarantee the interests of the agents and the other participants in the real estate business.

NRPA incorporates members from 27 populated centres throughout Bulgaria. NRPA has established regional structures in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Bourgas, Veliko Tarnovo, Pleven, Vratza, Sliven, Vidin, Shoumen, Dobrich, Stara Zagora and Yambol.

The NRPA membership ensures modern professional training and education, regular information on the development of the market in Bulgaria and Central Europe, as well as personal business contacts with companies and organizations in the USA and Europe.

NRPA represents its members before the international, public, municipal and other structures, developing stable relations with them to protect the interests of the real estate profession.

NRPA releases a quarterly REMI(Real Estate Market Index) of the sale and lease of real estates in Bulgaria.

NRPA releases an annual National Voluntary Public Register of natural and juristic persons, professionally engaged in estate agency, real estate transactions and renting.

NRPA is a member of and actively works with the following international organizations:

• CEREAN (Central European Real Estate Associations Network);
• NAR (National Association of Realtors), USA;
• IRPF (International Real Property Foundation);
• FIABCI (International Real Estate Federation)

NRPA is a member of:

• Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry;
• Bulgarian Employer’s Union
